For Individual Sessions, Group Sessions, Webinars and Workshops

These Terms of Participation & Disclaimer (“Terms”) apply to individual sessions, group sessions, webinars, workshops, circles and other personal development activities (“Sessions”) provided by Wojciech Filip, whether online or in person.
By booking, registering for or participating in a Session, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to them, subject to any rights that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

1. Nature and Scope of the Services
Sessions are intended to support personal development, self-reflection, emotional awareness, clarity and personal growth.
Depending on the type of Session, I may use coaching approaches, Compassion Key® processes, reflective practices, breathwork, embodied practices and other personal development methods and perspectives.
I provide these services as a coach, facilitator and personal development practitioner.
I am not providing services in the capacity of a medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, psychiatrist or other licensed healthcare or mental health professional. I am also not providing legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.
Sessions do not constitute medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, diagnosis or other healthcare services and should not be used as a substitute for appropriate professional care.

2. Personal Responsibility
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and wellbeing.
The perspectives, questions, exercises and practices offered during Sessions are intended to support your own reflection and personal development. You are free to decide what is appropriate and useful for you.
If you are experiencing physical or mental health difficulties, or another issue requiring professional diagnosis, treatment or specialist support, you should seek assistance from an appropriately qualified professional.
Participation in a Session does not prevent or replace seeking such professional support.

3. Voluntary Participation
Participation is voluntary.
You may choose not to participate in a particular exercise or process and may stop your participation at any time.
If you feel that an exercise or discussion is inappropriate or uncomfortable for you, you are encouraged to communicate this and decide whether you wish to continue.
Ending participation does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any applicable cancellation and refund rights are governed by the separate Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy and by applicable consumer law.

4. Emotional Processes and Wellbeing
Personal development and emotional work can sometimes bring up strong emotions, memories, discomfort or unexpected reactions.
By participating, you acknowledge this possibility and agree to take reasonable responsibility for your wellbeing during and after a Session.
If you have concerns about whether participation is appropriate for you, particularly in connection with a medical or mental health condition, you should consider consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.
If at any time you require medical, psychological or psychiatric care, you should seek appropriate professional assistance.

5. No Guarantee of Results
Personal development is individual and results vary from person to person.
I do not guarantee any particular outcome, transformation, improvement, financial result, relationship outcome, health outcome or other specific result from participation in a Session.
Any examples, testimonials, descriptions of potential benefits or references to other participants' experiences illustrate individual experiences or possibilities and should not be interpreted as promises or guarantees of results.

6. Privacy and Confidentiality
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.
For individual Sessions, I will take reasonable steps to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information you share, subject to applicable law and the practical limitations of the communication technologies used.
For group Sessions, webinars and workshops, other participants may be able to see or hear your name, image, voice, comments, questions or other information you choose to share.
Participants are expected to respect the privacy of others and not disclose personal information shared by other participants outside the Session.
However, because I cannot control the actions of every participant, I cannot guarantee that another participant will maintain confidentiality.
You are therefore encouraged to exercise discretion when deciding what personal information to share in a group setting.

7. Recordings
A Session will not intentionally be recorded by me without informing participants.
If a Session, webinar or workshop is to be recorded, participants will be informed in advance or before recording begins, and any consent required under applicable law will be obtained.
Unless I have given prior written permission, participants may not record, reproduce, publish, distribute or make available any Session or substantial part of it.
Participants must not record or distribute another participant's personal information, image, voice or contributions without appropriate permission.

8. Intellectual Property and Materials
Unless otherwise stated, materials provided by me in connection with Sessions — including presentations, exercises, written materials, recordings and other original content — are provided for your personal use.
They may not be reproduced, sold, published, distributed or used commercially without prior permission, except where permitted by applicable law.
Third-party materials, methods, trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Reasonable Limitation of Responsibility
I will provide the agreed services with reasonable care and in accordance with the description of the relevant service.
You remain responsible for decisions and actions you take based on your participation in a Session.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, I am not responsible for losses resulting solely from decisions or actions independently taken by a participant following a Session, or for circumstances outside my reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to consumers.

10. Online Sessions and Technology
Online Sessions may depend on third-party services such as internet providers, Wix, Zoom or other communication platforms.
Occasional technical problems may occur.
If a significant technical problem attributable to me prevents a paid Session from being delivered, I will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the affected Session or provide another appropriate remedy.
Participants are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, compatible device and an environment reasonably appropriate for participating in an online Session.

11. Booking, Payment, Cancellation and Refunds
Prices, payment arrangements, booking conditions, cancellation rules, rescheduling and refunds are governed by the information provided at the time of booking and by the Booking, Cancellation & Refund Policy available on this website.
Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights that apply to you.

12. Governing Law and Consumer Rights
These Terms and the provision of my services are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection rules.
If you are a consumer residing in another country, this choice of law does not deprive you of any mandatory protections that apply to you under the law that would otherwise be applicable.

13. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in my services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.
The current version will be made available on this website together with the date of the latest update.
Changes will not retroactively remove rights that have already arisen under applicable law.
