Service Description
A personalized 1:1 session for moments when you feel stuck, depleted or disconnected from where you want to go. Together, we explore what may be holding you back — from emotional patterns and inner conflicts to limiting beliefs and habitual ways of responding — and work with what is most relevant in the moment. Rather than following one fixed method, the session draws on different approaches and insights developed through over two decades of personal and spiritual development, combined with my experience in coaching, emotional work, breathwork and embodied practices. The intention is to help you regain clarity, free up energy and move forward with greater alignment. Founding Client Rate: €40
Cancellation Policy
Sessions can be rescheduled or cancelled online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of the session are not available online. Please contact me directly if exceptional circumstances arise.
